Winter Florals: How to Rock It Effortlessly

Happy New Year!!!!

First, I want to start off by wishing each and every one of you a prosperous new year. May the seeds you’ve planted thus far and the seeds you plant in 2019 blossom and yield a bountiful harvest!

Now let’s take a quick look at how to rock a Floral dress, whether it’s long enough or not (#tallpeopleproblems), in the winter.

I’m an avid user of Rent-the-Runway. It’s an inexpensive way to wear the latest high end trends without spending high end money. It also allows me to mix my existing clothes with new pieces. Just before the new year I spotted a floral dress by Fame & Partners. It was so cute on and it made my girls look fabulous ?!

The downside was the dress was only long enough for me to wear flats when I really wanted to wear it with boots or heels. So I remixed the dress.

I wore it with jeans. Ruffled one side up using the pockets as a holder for the ruffled fabric. Threw on a plum colored leather jacket and accessorized the outfit with silver hoop earrings, a camel colored purse and booties.
