The Story:
Plus 2 Clothing was created by tall and slender Australians, Steve Rogers (6’6”) and Josh Gaskin (6’3”) who met while in Cambodia. During their encounter the conversation quickly turned to the struggles of finding clothing that fit their slim and tall frames. Upon returning to Australia, Steve and Josh decided to create a solution for themselves and other tall, slim men.

So what’s with the name? When ordering clothing, especially athletic attire, you often have the option to add length, ‘2 or more (plus)’ inches.

Plus 2 Clothing primarily targets tall men in their 20’s-30’s. However, men and women of all heights are welcomed to shop the brand. Quality casual clothing, proper fit for talls, street style and affordable clothing is what the brand is all about. Tees, hoodies and headwear range in price from $24.95 to $79.95.

Plus 2 also rewards you for shopping in bulk; something many of us #talls are familiar with. Whenever I find something that fits me properly I always buy more than one for the fear of not being able to find it again, especially tees and jeans. Plus 2 has great bundle deals. The Fit

Xavier is 6’5” and slender. I am 6’0” and slender-curvy. lol. Yes, this is a post about mens clothing but I saw potential in a ‘unisex’ item and I’m positive fellow #Tallistas will love this item as well.

At first glance Xavier shook his head and said,  ’this is going to be too big,’  referencing the Plus 2 clothing white tee and short sleeve drop tail hoodie. I knew that it was the right size because the order was based on his measurements, not a guesstimate. I insisted he try it on before making a call on the fit. Let’s just say Xavier was pleasantly surprised with the fit. See why below.

Side ‘Size’ Bar:
Mr. TALLs and Tallistas, it is important to order based on your measurements, not your perceived size. Why? There is no universal measurement associated with sizes small, medium, large, etc. Sizing is based on the fit model chosen by the designer or clothing company. The Fit Guide is truly your friend, especially when ordering from countries outside of your own.

The Short Sleeve Droptail Hoodie (Unisex item)

I loved the droptail hoodie as well.


I got the idea to wear the droptail hoodie as a ‘sweater/hoodie dress’ because of the additional length in the back. Tallistas, make sure to order one size larger than your size (select your size based on your measurements). I would have preferred a large for a little extra length. I am pictured wearing a medium.
