Alloy Apparel recently announced the launch of their ‘Tall Plus Size’ shop. There are currently 13 options that include a combination of denim, khaki, and chino pants ranging from sizes 5 to 25. Tall clothing is more then longer pants legs. Longer shirtsleeves and shoulder to hem length is important for proper fit also. @6 ft tall I have more problems with tops, blouses and jackets then I do with pants. Oh and then lets talk shoes for tall girls.

You’re absolutely right. Tall clothing and footwear can be hard to come by at times. Although, I will say that we are seeing a turn in the tide towards tall clothing availability, style, and options for various age groups. There are stores like Alloy, ASOS, Long Tall Sally (LTS), Top Shop, and boutique brands as well that are made using tall fit models. You can also find shoes via Nordstrom (up to 13), LTS, Shoe Dazzle (up to 12), and other places that are shown in TALL District’s Resource page.
