On Saturday, July 30th I had a fun filled day that included attending a fashion brunch, ‘Cocktails with Claire,’ hosted by Claire Sulmers, the founder of Fashionbombdaily.com and Ms. Diddy, a baby shower, and a flight to Orlando for work and play.

Given the schedule I had that fun filled Saturday I really needed to find an outfit that was chic, stylish, and easy to get in and out of. After all, my last stop of the day, with very little time to change (a change that happened in an airport bathroom after checking my luggage because of the ridiculous lines) was Midway airport.
The 1st place I like to shop is my closet. Luckily, I had a lavender dress with ‘back exposure’ that I ordered back in July but had not worn yet. I also shopped my closet for the shoes and jewelry. Outfit details below.
