Monday Blues…

This form of Monday blues will brighten up your day.

This jumpsuit fit off the rack at a pop-up shop that was not ‘tall’ girl specific. I literally feel like I struck gold (hence the shoe choice).

This is my very first jumpsuit. Very first one. I tried on a jumpsuit last year that was awesome. However this one called out to me. It was the color of the jumpsuit, its versatility, the deep v-neck plunge, the support for my girls, and the ‘tall fit.’ I had to have it.

I was beyond ecstatic when I found this multi-functional jumpsuit during the #Zuvaa pop-up shop in #Chicago. It can literally be worn to multiple functions. A true day-to-night outfit.

How?
1) Accessories – Accessories can say ‘formal’, ‘office’, ‘fun’ or ‘casual’
These vintage earrings say ‘formal’ or ‘fine dining evening’. Purchased at a consignment store in Chicago.

This worked well with the ‘formal’ version of the outfit. Now onto the other #style options.

The Fit – I am 6’0”  feet tall.  I round up to 6’0” because seriously…who has time to type 5’11 and 3/4’s all of the time. Not I said the cat. lol. I am wearing approximately 3 inch heels in all 3 looks.

Sold out via Zuvaa. However, you can place a direct order via email ([email protected]) or order via Zere Fashion House. The jumpsuit comes in black and burgundy as well.

Blazer – Calvin Klein, purchased at least 8 years ago (its one of my go-to’s).
Try alternative options like Top Shop’s ’TALL Shop Tailored Blazor’,  Banana Republic or Long Tall Sally.

Necklace – Classic diamond pendant necklace. You can purchase a real (from $1,200 to $6,200) or faux ($35) diamond necklace at the same place, Macy’s.

Pit Stop:  The influence of Art & Fashion
Did you like the clutch? If so, the design is a replica of a famous painting (actually 1 of 3) by Vincent Van Gogh.  Unfortunately it is sold out. However,  if you are in Chicago do yourself a favor and check out the Van Gogh art exhibit at the Art Institute of Chicago. It is like a story book told in life size with words written on walls,  Van Gogh’s original ‘bedroom’ painting’s (all in one place), and other art works of his hanging from the walls. #beautifullydone #art #loverofart
